Currently negotiating with Spec’s Liquor for 15,000 square feet. Other Tenants include Subway, Starbucks, Wells Fargo and a number of others who are showing interest. Florida Capital has also started the construction of 515 Class “A” Apartments on the East Tract. We have sold the 48 Acre West Corner to a group of developers from Dallas. The sales price was $15,000,000. The Maverick Group still owns another 50 acres adjacent to the 45 acre tract for future development.
